Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in East Manor, TN. The Territory Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular field visits to promote products and gather market insights.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer engagement
- Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the flooring or building materials industry is a plus
