As a Sales Advisor, you will offer a welcome, accompaniment, and quality advice to our clientele composed of both individuals and professionals while participating in the daily tasks of the store.
Your freedom of action and our empowering management will allow you to be autonomous in all your missions, such as customer satisfaction (advice, refund, exchange, discount, etc.), stock monitoring, the implementation of new ranges, merchandising, or even client prospecting.
To give meaning to your daily routine, you will be able to participate in additional projects (regional or with the headquarters), attend events, exchange best practices, share your successes, or initiate CSR actions.
Knowledge in hairdressing and aesthetics is recommended.
Integration and training:
- Your manager will integrate you into the store and train you in our sales techniques, processes, products, colorimetry, loyalty systems, and all our management processes (cash register, deliveries, stocks, etc.). You will also have unlimited access to our e-learning platform.
Contract, salary, and benefits:
