We are looking for another dedicated Housing Consultant to guide customers through every step of the home‑buying journey—from the first conversation through closing and follow‑up.

We offer a competitive base salary of $40,000-$44,000
, plus uncapped commissions and incentives
, giving high performers the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually

Housing Consultant
Position Summary

The Housing Consultant is responsible for driving home sales by delivering a consultative, customer‑centered buying experience from initial inquiry through closing and post‑sale follow‑up. This role manages the full sales pipeline, builds strong customer relationships, and guides buyers through the home selection and financing process to ensure informed decisions and long‑term satisfaction.

Success in this role is measured by sales performance, customer experience, pipeline development, and the ability to match buyers with homes that meet their needs and budget.
