Business Development Representative, Technology Staffing

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional ready to build a career in business‑to‑business sales. You will receive hands‑on training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while learning how to develop client relationships and sell technology staffing solutions. This role is built for someone who enjoys starting conversations, can handle rejection without losing momentum, and wants their performance to directly influence their growth and earnings.

Location:
Hybrid in Texas or Tennessee. The majority of the work is remote, with in‑person client meetings as needed and occasional travel to California and Nashville for training.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50,000 to $65,000 in base salary, plus benefits and uncapped commissions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, and other sales tools.
  • Start conversations with business and technology leaders, learn about their hiring needs, and introduce ITC’s staffing solutions.
  • Develop the skills to lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and move prospective clients through the sales process.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to deliver strong candidates, support client relationships, and help grow new accounts.
  • Track outreach, follow‑up activity, and sales opportunities in the CRM while participating in ongoing training and coaching.
What Gets You the Job:
  • A bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in building a long‑term career in sales.
  • Zero to two or more years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or other experience involving frequent communication and relationship building.
  • Confidence initiating conversations by phone, email, and Linked In, along with the persistence to follow up consistently.
  • Strong communication, organization, research, and time‑management skills.
  • A competitive, coachable, and self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
