We are searching for an experienced Inside Account Representative with a strong work ethic and a professional manner who can help maintain and develop current and new customer relationships. This is a key role for the team and organization. You will work directly with management and support the sales team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage data is an absolute must.

Your Responsibilities will be to:- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Provide personalized solutions and address any issues promptly.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Source new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify upsell opportunities.
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Enter orders, purchase order entry, and manage inventory.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle order modifications and adjustments.
- General office administration support.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details.
- Update customer profiles and contact information.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
- Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and organizational abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
