We're building an elite Door to Door Appointment Setter sales team, and we need a
leader
hungry enough to drive it. Your paycheck moves with your team's numbers, every single week.

If you can recruit, coach, and hold a team accountable, your income has no ceiling here.

• You're leading people who sell something homeowners want. Free storm damage inspections. No pressure tactics, just training your team to do it right.

• Recruit, hire, and train new Appointment Setters
• Run daily morning meetings and set the tone for the day
• Set daily and weekly performance goals and track results
• Ride out with your team, coach in the field, correct in real time
• Own scheduling, territory assignments, and route coverage
• Identify your next Team Leads and develop them

• Proven leadership in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
• A competitive, results-driven mindset. You want to win and you want your team to win
• Strong coaching instincts. You can correct someone without deflating them
• Comfortable outdoors and on your feet, leading from the front, not the office
• Valid driver's license and clean record

• Base pay $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience
• Uncapped monthly bonus on team and personal performance
