The Barndo Co. is growing, and we're looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to join our Knoxville market.
This is not a traditional real estate agent position, and no real estate license is required. We're looking for a proven salesperson who knows how to take an opportunity and turn it into a relationship—and ultimately a contract.
Our Sales Consultants work with prospective homeowners from their first inquiry through the decision to build. You'll respond to inbound leads, make outbound follow-up calls, schedule and conduct consultations, uncover what clients truly need, guide them through our homes and building process, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
We provide the brand, leads, product, process, and support.
You bring the hustle, follow-up, and ability to close.
