Provide security, care and direct supervision of inmates/residents in housing units, meals, recreation, on work assignments and other activities in a correctional facility;
Work any shift and be assigned to various posts including armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.;
Maintain order and security of inmates in a correctional facility;
Use weapons or force to maintain discipline and order when necessary;
Complete required training and stay compliant with facility policies
