We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Stanton, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property while providing exceptional customer service.

Location:

Stanton, TNPay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule Requirements:

Preferred candidates will have availability to work 1st Shift and/or 2nd Shift. Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Conduct routine security checks and document observations.

Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and visitor information.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.

Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Must be able to commute to Stanton, TN.Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous security experience is preferred but not required.

Must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tennessee Security Guard License.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Basic computer skills required.

Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to conduct foot patrols indoors and outdoors.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Ability to climb stairs and ramps as needed.

Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Must be alert and able to respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.

For Driving Positions (If Applicable):

Must be at least 25 years of age for insurance purposes.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.

Must maintain a clean driving record.

Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
