Salary: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Part‑time, up to 30 hours per week.
Weekend and holiday availability required. Must be flexible and able to respond promptly to work assignments.

Hiring: Immediate

Bonus: Officers who complete all scheduled shifts in a quarter are eligible for a $100 Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus.

• Conduct routine foot patrols to identify and respond to potential security risks.
• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access, verify credentials, and document all entries.
• Enforce site policies and rules, ejecting trespassers or violators as necessary.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; report any anomalies.
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies (fire, injuries, unauthorized individuals) by contacting local first responders.
• Document incidents accurately and maintain logs; submit required reports promptly.
• Assist in protecting personnel, visitors, and property, preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.
• Cooperate with management on any additional duties.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TN Guard Card preferred; ability to obtain one is acceptable.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least one year of customer service or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Must pass pre‑employment background and drug screening.
