Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify authorized access in accordance with site policies; and assist with visitor directions and inquiries.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
