- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
- Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a drug test and background screening.
- Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus
. - State Security License preferred.

Requirements- Must obtain a Tennessee Guard Card/License — Metro One will sponsor qualified candidates through the licensing process.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
We are currently hiring Part Time Security Officers for 3 open posts
. Candidates must be reliable, flexible, and available to work both weekdays and weekends
.
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ,Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM , Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ,Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM ,Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00PM
Officers may also be required to fill in for open shifts when other guards are on vacation, call out, or are otherwise unavailable.
Additional hours may be available
, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment based on business needs, availability, and performance.
