**** Position Summary
** Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking a Concrete Foreman to support heavy civil construction projects in the  Lafayette, TN area. This role is designed for an experienced concrete and form carpentry professional with hands-on experience building forms, tying rebar, placing and finishing concrete, and supporting poured-in-place structures for water and wastewater treatment, pump station, commercial, industrial, and related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning work from start to finish while leading by example in the field.

** Key Responsibilities
** Lead and support concrete form carpentry work for heavy civil water/wastewater construction projects, including poured-in-place structures, equipment pads, tanks, walls, and related concrete features.  Shoot grade, take accurate field measurements, and field-cut wood bracing, wooden edge forms, keyways, blockouts, and other form components for equipment, piping, and structural requirements.  Build, assemble, brace, and strip concrete forms while maintaining quality, alignment, layout accuracy, and job-site safety standards.  

Assemble and tie reinforcing steel, assist with rebar placement, and support concrete placement, pouring, and finishing activities as needed.  Install and coordinate embedded items such as metal and plastic wall sleeves, pipes, formed blockouts, anchor bolts, water stops, and related components.  Use electric saws, drills, hand tools, and other job-site equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned work.  Climb ladders, work from scaffolding, use fall protection, and perform work at elevated heights or in active construction environments as required.  

Plan the sequence of work, communicate daily priorities, help keep crews productive, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
** Required Qualifications
** Candidates should have hands-on experience in form carpentry, concrete form building, rebar tying, and concrete placement or finishing work.  Experience working with poured-in-place concrete structures is required.  Candidates must be able to take accurate measurements, follow layout requirements, and understand verbal instructions in the field.  Candidates must be organized and able to plan the sequence of work from start to finish while maintaining strong attention to detail.  

Candidates must be able to lift and carry handset form materials weighing at least 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work in active job-site conditions.  Candidates must be able to climb ladders, wear fall protection, and work on scaffolding or elevated work areas at least 10 feet above ground level.
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience as a foreman or field lead in form carpentry, concrete construction, or heavy civil construction is preferred.  Experience in heavy civil water/wastewater construction, treatment plant work, pump station projects, or similar infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.  Experience installing embedded items such as wall sleeves, pipes, anchor bolts, water stops, and formed blockouts is preferred.  Experience using electric saws, drills, levels, layout tools, and other field carpentry equipment is a plus.  

Candidates with a strong safety mindset, leadership presence, and the ability to help guide crews in the field are highly valued.
