Industrial Maintenance Technician

FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.

This position includes maintenance and repairs of all facets of a customer’s industrial facility, including buildings, equipment, and site.

• Installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of client process equipment.
• Installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of conveyance systems.
• Installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and systems.
• Basic carpentry tasks, including both preventive and corrective maintenance.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related qualified experience and/or training required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
