The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:

• Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designating material staging areas.
• Overseeing and training individuals in roofing system installation.
• Managing crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Being responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost‑effective manner.

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $ per year) along with the following benefits:

All offers will be made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in the Roofing Industry.
• Must speak English fluently;
  Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED;
  College preferred.
• Familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Positive, solution‑based approach to challenges.
• Strong work ethic.
• Genuine desire to better those around you and improve business.
• Driver's License required.
• 100% travel required.
