Rainscapes Irrigation is hiring an Irrigation Foreman to lead our team in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial clients. As an Irrigation Foreman, you will oversee daily job site operations, manage a crew, ensure projects meet high-quality standards, and maintain strong customer relationships. STARTING PAY OF $23.00 -$25.00 + commission and monthly bonuses!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including leaks, pressure problems, and electrical malfunctions.
  • Conduct system audits to identify potential improvements for customers.
  • Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Train technicians on best practices, system maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate with customers, providing recommendations for upgrades and maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
  • Ensure job site safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure tools and materials are available.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service jobs.
Requirements

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, sprinkler installation, and troubleshooting.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in irrigation, landscaping, or construction.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Ability to read technical plans, schematics, and system designs.

• Proficient with construction tools and equipment related to irrigation.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication skills to lead a team and interact with customers and vendors.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in irrigation or construction is a plus.
