• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Maintain the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determine the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform general repairs such as painting, constructing/patching walls, installing security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinate or inspect, operate, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
