Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner.

- Resident Champion:
- Respond promptly and courteously to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.
- Improve vacant apartments, making them market-ready and welcoming for new residents.
- Multi-Talented Craftsman:
- Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more.
- Identify and address potential issues to prevent larger problems.
- Professional & Reliable:
- Represent ARI Apartment Management with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
- Work on-call rotations, responding to urgent needs after hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus.
- 3+ years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
- CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
- Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies
