Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring well-kept property and the physical structure of the resort;
Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and PM all types of HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants;
Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders and visually inspect and test machinery and equipment;
Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components;
Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment
