Salary range $25-$30 an hour. Based on location and experience.

• Overarching understanding of jobsite safety, including proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to receive directions and complete a task within our scopes with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights safely.
• Follow direction of the Field Supervisor and foreman and bring any problems to their attention.
• Fundamental knowledge of joint sealant installation.
• Fundamental knowledge of backer rod installation.
• Fundamental knowledge of waterproofing systems (liquid and sheet) installation.
• Ability to mentor apprentices.
• Perform a variety of tasks on the construction site.

We’re looking for a skilled, safety-focused Sealants Journeyman with strong experience in caulking, waterproofing, and related construction applications. The ideal candidate is quality‑driven
, able to work independently in the field, and comfortable traveling to various job sites. This individual demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism
, and the ability to work safely at heights while delivering consistent,
high‑quality work.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the company appropriately on all job sites.
• Quality‑minded with strong attention to detail in sealant and finishing work.
• Ability to mix custom colors and apply caulking to precast panels (approx. 400 linear feet per day).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for job assignments.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of proper tools and equipment used for sealant, caulking, and waterproofing applications.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle; construction and precast experience preferred.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use.
