Lead Multi‑Family Plumbing Superintendent

Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Location:

Multi‑family construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee.

Schedule:

Full‑Time

• Lead and supervise multi‑family plumbing crews from start to finish.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules and daily reports.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
• Solve field issues while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑family plumbing leadership experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
• Extensive knowledge of multi‑family plumbing systems, including underground, top‑out, and trim.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
