Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a Parts Inspector/Finish Repair Technician to build and repair fiberglass hulls, decks and small parts using hand tools, gel-coat spray equipment, grinders, buffers and drills. The role requires inspecting parts, reading prints, handling solvents and paints, and ensuring finishes meet quality standards.
Tech I and Tech II levels are available with corresponding pay ranges; candidates must pass an internal skills test and demonstrate proper repair methodologies.
