T. Madison LLC DBA Traffic Plan is seeking Field Technicians/Flaggers to set up and maintain safe work zones for construction, utility, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include placing cones, signs, and barricades; directing traffic with stop/slow paddles; communicating with crews; and monitoring conditions to prevent incidents. You'll follow DOT and company safety standards, complete pre/post-trip vehicle checks, and maintain equipment. Expect outdoor, all-weather work, physical activity, variable shifts, and travel between sites.
