If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of heights, and want to earn excellent seasonal income while creating amazing holiday displays, we'd love to meet you.

• Target earnings of $25–35+/hour through our production pay system.
• Top performers often earn $1,000–$2,000+ per week during peak season.
• 10% sales commission on upsells and new customers you generate.
• $500 End-of-Season Bonus for employees who remain in good standing through January 31, 2027

Candidates selected to move forward must attend our mandatory Holiday Lighting Boot Camp & Skills Assessment on two consecutive Saturdays in early September
. Final hiring decisions are made after Boot Camp. Even if you're not selected, you'll leave with valuable hands‑on training.

• Expect 5–6 workdays per week

• Typical workdays are 8–10 hours

• Sundays are generally off
  , although occasional commercial installations may be scheduled.
• Thanksgiving Day is the only guaranteed holiday off during the installation season.

• Company uniforms.
• Company vehicles during the workday.
• Professional ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment.
• Hands‑on training and ongoing coaching.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location.
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Physically able to lift and carry equipment.
• Available for the full October–January season and mandatory September Boot Camp.

Construction, roofing, gutters, holiday lighting, tree service, exterior painting, landscape lighting, electrical work, or lift operation. Lift operator certification is a plus but not required.
