, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running, using your mechanical skills to maintain the equipment that is essential to our operations.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world industrial maintenance experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work side‑by‑side with our experienced technicians, learning how to diagnose, repair, and rebuild the intricate components that are vital to our success.

This isn’t just a temporary role; it’s a chance to see how your work directly contributes to our factory’s efficiency and product quality. You will be a key member of the team, ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and ready to perform.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Become a hands‑on detective, inspecting our production bobbins for wear and tear and using your skills to
    diagnose the root cause
    of any issues.
  • Use your mechanical aptitude to
    repair and rebuild
critical bobbin assemblies, replacing components like bearings and shafts to precise specifications.
  • Get hands‑on experience with
    preventive maintenance
, helping us perform routine checks and keep detailed records to track equipment health.
  • Learn to use
    precision measuring tools
like calipers and micrometers to ensure every repair meets our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Work as a key part of the team, collaborating with our
    Production, Maintenance, and Quality
departments to ensure equipment is always ready to go.
What We’re Looking For
  • You are currently pursuing a certificate or Associate’s degree in
    Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics
    , or a related hands‑on technical field.
  • A strong
    mechanical aptitude
and a natural curiosity for troubleshooting and solving hands‑on problems.
  • Familiarity with common
    hand and power tools
, with an eagerness to learn how to use precision measuring instruments.
  • The ability to read and interpret basic
    mechanical drawings
    or diagrams.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What You’ll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Your well‑being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like paid vacation and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected category.
