Wells is seeking a dependable, hands-on candidate for a fast-paced construction role. You will read production drawings to build wooden forms and block-outs, assemble forms, and install bed forms for concrete pours with strict adherence to blueprints and specifications.
First and Second shift available: 3am and 5am start times. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail while contributing to quality structures for our communities.
