What You'll Do

* Complete apartment service requests independently

* Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

* Complete unit turns, including drywall, painting, and minor renovations

* Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks

* Assist with grounds and property upkeep

What We're Looking For

* Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience

* Ability to work independently

* Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

* Reliable transportation and attendance

* Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
