TheHVAC Senior Technicianwillassistwith overseeing theday-to-day operation and job distribution for the crafttheyrepresent within the facilities maintenance team.

Theywillassistthe Dollywood Company andfacilitiesmaintenance with maintaining

Dollywood’spark infrastructure ensuring compliance with state and federal regulation sand company policies and procedures.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assistthe supervisor and managers with leading, guiding and/or training of other craftsmenwithinthe trade represented ensuring applicable procedures and techniques are being followed
Develop plans such as scoping out jobstoobtain materials and resources needed to meet production of work orders and request
Responsible for overseeing material inventory,maintaining the inventory and organization of the inventory
Assistin the development and carry out of daily tasks, assignments, along with communicating with internal hosts and management on work order status and any crew related situations
Monitor quality, completion and accountability for the Facilities Maintenance team being represented
Ensureall work conforms to all applicable rules,regulation sand codes
Assist with the tracking of the park’s infrastructure and with winter work projects
Install,modify, trouble shoot and repair HVAC/refrigeration systems and major appliances
Calculate electrical loads and size systems
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various typesof Food service equipment
Design and install HVAC systems in new construction buildings and attractions
Accomplish equipment or material take offs from blueprints and/or schematics
Design and install natural gas systems in compliance with all applicable codes
Document all repairs andmaintainrefrigerant usage log
Independently maintain, repair & replace complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing & Food Service equipment in a fast-paced environment
Comply withOSHA regulations; federal, state, and local laws/regulations and applicable industry standards
Must have the ability to attend technical training courses in specialized HVAC, Mechanical, plumbing, Electrical & Food Service Equipment
Ability to gain state certifications & licensing within (1) year of employment

Education and Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Mustbe at least 18 years old
Minimum of Four (4) years’ craft level experience withdemonstratedservant leadership skills including: motivating, coaching, counseling, and providing positive feedback
Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Must be a Certified HVAC Technician
