Residential HVAC Service Technician

Bullman Heating & Air is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Asheville-based team. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while delivering honest, customer-first service. You'll work with modern HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and make recommendations to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.
• Perform planned maintenance, system start-ups, and basic installations or replacements.
• Accurately assess system performance, airflow, and energy efficiency; recommend solutions.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance plans clearly to homeowners.
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service tickets.
• Follow company safety standards, codes, and best practices on every job site.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and working order.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to complete daily service schedule on time.
