Position Summary

The Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds, and general physical assets across our four scrap yard locations. This is a hands‑on, handyman‑style position for someone who enjoys fixing, building, improving, and maintaining facilities. The ideal candidate is versatile and capable of handling a wide range of projects including construction and carpentry, painting, landscaping, facility repairs, and general property maintenance.

Welding and fabrication experience is strongly preferred. The goal of this position is simple: keep our properties, buildings, and assets safe, functional, clean, professional, and well maintained. This position will travel between company locations based on maintenance needs and project priorities.

  • Measure, cut, assemble, install, and finish materials accurately.
  • Help management develop practical, cost‑effective solutions to property and facility needs.
