Ag Machine Operator & Field Technician; Seasonal

Agricultural Operations Technician - Seasonal Seasonal Position (Nov – April)
We are seeking skilled operators of large agricultural equipment for the winter harvest season.

Essential Job Functions Operate farm machinery such as tractors, balers, wind rowers, bale stackers, and spreaders

Assist with daily maintenance of machinery

Load and transport machinery and bales

Work as part of a team to complete tasks as weather and field conditions allow, ensuring timely field operations

Minimum Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule driven by weather and field conditions

Working knowledge of modern agricultural equipment

Experience with computer/equipment interfaces and equipment operating software

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing environments

Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and listen. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders and stairs (up to 80 feet), balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and push or pull objects. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

This position requires the use of safety equipment and clothing, including eye and hearing protection, hard hats, respiratory protection, and safety shoes. Hearing protection is required and provided when noise levels exceed allowable limits.
