We’re looking for a motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspector Trainee ready to learn the fire protection industry. You’ll work alongside experienced inspectors, gain hands‑on experience, and build the skills needed to grow into a successful Fire Sprinkler Inspector.

• Assist with inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
• Learn to test valves, alarms, gauges, water flow devices, and other components
• Learn NFPA inspection procedures and documentation requirements
• Document inspection results, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions
• Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Assist with customer communication and scheduling needs
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction, mechanical, or fire protection experience is a plus
• Technical training in fire protection, mechanical systems, or construction is a plus
• Willingness to learn and pursue NICET certifications
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Comfortable using mobile inspection and digital reporting systems

• Lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work in mechanical rooms, ceilings, rooftops, and elevated or confined spaces
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
