Location: Ridgeside
Signal Centers' Work Ready Employment Case Manager program combines job training, paid internships and intensive case management to help TANF-eligible individuals move toward long-term, stable employment with benefits.
The case manager will provide intensive support, carry a caseload of 20-25 participants, and coordinate with educators, employers and community resources. You will assist with resumes, interview prep and transportation, and participate in DHS training as needed.
