Job Summary
This is Signal Centers' innovative workforce development program that provides a unique combination of job training, paid internships and intensive case management. This Case manager will provide intensive case management support to TANF-eligible individuals to prepare them to become highly trained professionals and obtain long-term, stable employment with benefits.
Qualifications- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience working with inner-city families in a case management model or experience in workforce development is required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid insurance per TN state requirements.
- Must be organized and proficient with keeping case management notes and data entry requirements.
- Must be professional in demeanor and able to represent the agency well in the community.
- Must be a team player and able to work cohesively in a team environment.
- The ability to consistently model our Core Values of Accountability, Community Impact, Compassion, Trustworthiness, and Teamwork
- The ability to interact with staff, clients, management, community partners and funders in a respectful and professional manner.

Coaching:
Once the participant is ready to seek permanent employment, the Employment Case Manager will work to help secure part-time employment while continuing education and training or full-time employment if/when leaving the program.
