Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Norris Academy is a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
Compensation Ranges: $50,000 annually

What you will do: A day in the life of a Group Supervisor at Norris Academy is HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and REWARDING. You will help care for and support autistic youth and coach counselors who work directly with the youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide and ensure consistent interactive supervision of the residents
- Provide operational guidance
- Coordinate activities for the residents and group living staff
- Ensure resident and staff safety at all times
- Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
To be considered you should:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent; BA preferred
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Have at least 1 year of experience working with autistic youth
- Have a passion to work with and help children
Schedule/hours/shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (opposite the 2nd week) schedule. Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 7am–7:30pm
