This role offers
clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
- Part-time (2-3 days per week) within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Huntington and Charleston, WV, and Morgantown, WV (virtual)
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $55,553 – $66,664 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Indiana license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C - Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- New grads accepted
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
