Qualifications

Master's degree from a program in a clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology required.
Must be SCIP-R certified or obtain SCIP-R certification.
Must obtain SCIP-R instructor certification to teach SCIP classes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide behavior services to adults with intellectual disabilities at AHRC's day habilitation sites to maximize intellectual, social, and emotional development and functioning of people supported under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Psychology Services and a Ph.D. licensed psychologist.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior plans.
Deliver SCIP-based interventions to clients.
Train staff in SCIP methods.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in case conferences and supervisory meetings.
Follow all agency policies and procedures.
