Focus is seeking a BMC Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and debug embedded firmware for servers and data-center platforms. This role emphasizes Linux-based development with C/C++, OpenBMC, and industry standards to enable remote management even when the host OS is offline.
You will interface with server hardware using I2C, SPI, UART; implement secure firmware updates and KVM features; collaborate with hardware and platform teams, and mentor junior engineers while documenting designs.
