• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 801 lb. and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Must be able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as requested
• Must be able to travel out of town as needed (infrequently) with 48 hr notice
• Fine motor skills and hand dexterity (tightening nuts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
• Capable of following specific directions from supervisor
• Interested in improving industry knowledge
• Exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic, and adhere to company policies at all times
• Cooperative, team‑player attitude
• Ability to follow other duties assigned by management or trainers
