Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement — see below for details). Flexible scheduling: part time and full-time hours available—work the shifts that fit your needs.

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday.

Delivery experts can use their own car and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs, and may also use one of the company-provided vehicles (must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history). Safe driving record is a must!

Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, whether part time or full time; we have shifts available to fit your needs.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.

Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings to deliver products.

Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside – in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust
• Compact work areas including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Including but not limited to:

• Walking/Carrying/Climbing: Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location. Must carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing; navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.
• Driving: Use safe driving practices to deliver products within the designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station; duration approximately 30‑45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously during the day. Bending may occur when stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: Reaching performed continuously; up, down, and forward. Reach above 72" occasionally to turn oven controls, change sign prices, lift and lower objects to/from shelves. Reach down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination essential. Use hands continuously; frequent activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Must manipulate pizza peel and rolling cutter; frequent pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Must grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, pizza boxes.
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone. Depth perception as well as near/mid‑range vision required for most in‑store tasks. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Far and night vision required for driving.
