Compensation & Miles

Brady drivers enjoy predictable earnings and real miles every week.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$2,300

• Weekly Miles: 2,800–3,500 (paid on actual miles)

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, 1 week home

• Fuel Network: EFS card with preferred fueling at Love's

• Freight Type: Primarily pneumatic trailers, liquid tanks, and vac trailers

You'll run steady freight with a dispatch team that keeps you moving and supports you around the clock.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• 21 years or older

• 1 year of verifiable driving experience, OR a mix of accredited driving school + experience

• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

• SAP drivers accepted upon successful program completion

CDL Driver Local Routes | Memphis, TN

Were hiring a CDL A Driver for local, Monday through Friday routes in Memphis, TN. This is a first shift role with a consistent schedule and established operation. Youll be working regular weekday hours with no overnights and a team that values safety, reliability, and professionalism. Schedule & Pay:
Monday through Friday;
And Saturday scheduled during peak season is mandatory;
First shift, 9:00 AM;
Home daily with no overnight routes; Hourly pay $26.00;
Full time, steady hours.

What Youll Do

• Safely operate company vehicles on assigned local routes
• Transport materials accurately and on time
• Complete daily paperwork with attention to detail
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

Truck Driver Requirements

• At least twelve months of verifiable CDL A tractor trailer 53 foot van driving experience within the past five years

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving record preferred

• Consistent work history and dependable attendance
