Job Description
Do you have previous warehouse experience and looking for a great career? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Warehouse Shipping Associate positions in Telford, TN.

- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking using warehouse systems
- Verify order accuracy, inspect products for quality, and report discrepancies
- Load and stage shipments safely to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety guidelines
- Support inventory tasks including counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules and productivity goals
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred; training provided
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in shipping systems such as Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
