• Locate, pull, and package merchandise using a voice pick system, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and short products to the supervisor and maintain a high fill rate.
• Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space requirements change, and report any concerns proactively.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment, perform general custodial duties, and follow the established cleaning schedule.
• Follow all customer requests according to established policies.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates to promote a positive team‑oriented atmosphere and achieve company goals.
• Operate all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely; report mechanical issues and maintain equipment as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and walker‑riders.
• Capability to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, and standing or walking for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull carts weighing 75 pounds or more as required.
• Proficiency with basic arithmetic calculations.
• Experience with voice pick systems (preferred).
• Experience operating powered trucks (preferred).
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
