Order Control Clerk

Workwear Outfitters is a leading supplier of work apparel and footwear for diverse occupations. The Order Control Clerk will support daily operations of the order control department.

Responsible for grouping orders, printing and matching orders. Provide full support of daily operations and identify escalated or expedited orders requiring special handling. Resolve open order backlog issues of low to moderate complexity and ensure orders are properly allocated to fulfillment channels.

• Group, print, and match orders accurately.
• Identify escalated, expedited, or misallocated orders and address them daily.
• Resolve backlog report issues of low to moderate complexity.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Participate as a team player in daily operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.
