Warehouse Support Specialist

Processes inbound products, packaging materials, and return assets by verifying, recording, and placing materials in assigned locations. Prepares outbound orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials in accordance with shipment requirements. Monitors packaging component, gel pack, and reusable asset levels to maintain replenishment readiness. Handles temperature-controlled materials, dry ice, and replenishment activities to preserve required storage and transit conditions. Updates warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and shipment documentation in operational systems and logs.

Escalates on-hold, damaged, non-conforming, or not-ready-to-ship materials through established procedures.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control practices, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment processes. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and warehouse equipment usage requirements. Knowledge in product identification, material segregation, and organized storage principles. Ability to follow standardized warehouse procedures and work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records in warehouse systems and operational logs.

Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and shipment exceptions for further action. Ability to support order preparation and material movement within established timelines. Ability to handle routine manual and system-based warehouse tasks with consistency and accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements. Ability to manage multiple routine activities across warehouse workflows.
