Warehouse Support Specialist

Performs inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound activities in accordance with operating requirements. Validates inventory transactions, stock counts, and material movements to sustain traceability and inventory accuracy. Organizes storage locations, stock rotation, and replenishment activities to improve accessibility and flow efficiency. Handles packaging preparation, conditioned materials, labeling, and shipment support tasks to meet transport requirements. Resolves routine operational exceptions involving stock discrepancies, shortages, and order issues through timely follow-up.

Operates warehouse systems, scanning tools, and approved equipment to support safe and controlled execution.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control practices, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment processes. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and warehouse equipment usage requirements. Knowledge in product identification, material segregation, and organized storage principles. Ability to follow standardized warehouse procedures and work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records in warehouse systems and operational logs.

Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and shipment exceptions for further action. Ability to support order preparation and material movement within established timelines. Ability to handle routine manual and system-based warehouse tasks with consistency and accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements. Ability to manage multiple routine activities across warehouse workflows.
