Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Telford

Summary:

This position manages the flow of paperwork of incoming and outgoing shipments. Verifies its accuracy and maintains efficient office operation.

Essential Functions of the Job:

* Organize and distribute Daily Outbound Shipments.

* Update daily shipping and receiving schedule.

* Tracking all inbound and outbound shipments.

* Monitor and respond to all customer issues via email. Trouble shoots all issues.

* Routing of customer orders through various customer portals.

* Assign drivers to the appropriate door.

* Deliver small inbound parcel packages to the appropriate area of the facility.

* File all paperwork according to company policies.

* Scan company paperwork daily as requested.

* Always maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Prepare regular shipping and Receiving reports for Managers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* The ability to adapt to change.

* The ability to well under pressure.

* The ability to do well with others in an office setting and maintain organization between cross-departmental lines.

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

* Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft office software applications, SAP knowledge a plus.
