Warehouse Distribution Associate

As a Warehouse Distribution Associate at Amazon, you'll support Transportation & Logistics operations in our Warehouse & Manufacturing network. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems, helping ensure accurate, on-time delivery. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, staging freight, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting productivity and quality targets. You'll work on-site in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment that values diverse backgrounds, innovation, and a strong bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Load and unload trailers; sort and stage freight for distribution
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolve basic stock discrepancies
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards and report hazards
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets
• Use basic computer systems to track orders and update records
