Forklift Operator

NCW is hiring a Forklift Operator for a professional, safety-focused client. In this role, you will operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within a warehouse or production environment. Responsibilities include staging and organizing inventory, following pick tickets, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any safety or maintenance issues. You'll collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Stage, organize, and relocate inventory within warehouse/production areas
• Follow pick tickets and work orders to fulfill material movements
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and basic equipment checks on forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following OSHA guidelines
• Assist shipping and receiving with inbound and outbound freight
• Accurately record material movements and inventory adjustments
• Report safety, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet productivity goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
