Join A&W in Kitimat, BC as a full-time Food Service Supervisor. Ensure operational excellence, food safety, and outstanding customer service during your shifts.
A&W is on the lookout for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to manage restaurant staff and operations. In this role, you’ll supervise shifts, enforce operational standards, and ensure a high-quality dining experience. A background in food service and leadership is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff activities and breaks during shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Handle daily administrative tasks and record-keeping
• Address performance issues and resolve conflicts
• Foster guest satisfaction and service recovery
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education or equivalent
• Experience in supervisory food roles preferred
• FOODSAFE Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Capacity to perform in a busy work environment
